SOURCED FROM THE LAND OF LONGEVITY
Our silkworms are raised in Bama, China— a region famed for its “vitamin-rich air” and alkaline water, creating the ideal conditions for healthy silkworms that spin smoother, stronger silk fibers.
LONGER, STRONGER SILK FIBERS
While industry-grade 6A cocoons typically yield 1,000–1,200 meters of filament, EVERSILK cocoons produce threads over 1,500 meters — roughly 25% longer than the 6A benchmark.
The tear strength of Eversilk raw silk has been tested to be greater than 4 Grams/Denier, which is 15% higher than the standard.
The result: silk fabric that feels softer, looks smoother and lasts longer.
CLEANER, GREENER PROCESSING & OPTIMIZED WEAVING
In degumming and impurity removal, we use more eco-friendly processes to make the silk purer. In weaving, we manage yarn tension and the use of warp and weft so the fabric achieves a full, luxurious hand and graceful drape without simply increasing weight. The result is fabric that feels substantial yet supple and flowing.
COLORFASTNESS MATTERS
We’ve seen many consumer complaints about silk fading across platforms — and we take it seriously. EVERSILK’s dyeing and finishing far exceed common standards: where colorfastness level 3 is the typical minimum, EVERSILK achieves levels 4–5 — roughly 30% above standard — to ensure lasting color and a better wearing experience.
PRECISION CUTTING & HAND FINISHING
Our pillowcases are carefully cut and hand-finished. To prevent zipper failure, we use high-quality zippers and add an extra wrap at the zipper head to lock it in place. Edges are overlocked on the inside, folded and stitched to appear as a straight seam, and double-stitched for reinforcement — all to prevent fraying and seam failure.
