I started Eversilk for one simple reason: to help people experience the beauty of real silk again.
While traveling abroad, I kept encountering “silk” that no longer carried the character or integrity of the silk I grew up with. It felt altered—diluted by blends, rushed processes, and lofty marketing. Something essential had been lost. So I returned home to Bama, the birthplace of silk, to understand what had changed.
There, among the mulberry groves and the artisans I’ve known since childhood, I was reminded of silk’s original form: natural, durable, comforting, and deeply rooted in heritage—a material shaped by patience, intention, and respect.
Real mulberry silk—made the way it has been for millennia—deserves its place again. My mission is to carry that tradition forward, creating pieces that bring honest, lasting luxury to those who care about the purity of what touches their skin.
